AISkyLa Gifting ("we", "our", "us") is a free virtual gift creation service operated by Wiscall. AISkyLa is a free and open subsidiary of Wiscall. This policy explains how we handle your information when you use our app and website (aiskyla.com).
We collect minimal information to provide our service:
• Photos & messages you upload to create gifts (stored temporarily)
• Recipient name and email (only when you choose to share via email)
• Basic usage analytics (pages visited, gift types created)
• Device information (browser type, screen size) for compatibility
• To create and deliver your virtual gifts
• To send gift notification emails on your behalf
• To improve our service and fix bugs
• We do NOT sell your personal data to third parties
Gift data is stored in our secure cloud database. Photos uploaded for gifts are stored temporarily. Email addresses used for gift delivery are retained to prevent spam and manage delivery. You can request deletion of your data at any time.
We use the following third-party services:
• Cloud hosting for app delivery
• Email delivery services for gift notifications
• We may display advertisements in the future using Google AdSense, which may collect device identifiers for ad personalization
We use browser local storage to save your gift drafts locally. We do not use tracking cookies. Analytics are collected anonymously.
Our service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
You have the right to access your personal data, request deletion of your data, unsubscribe from emails, and opt out of future ad personalization.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and secure cloud infrastructure.
